Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:
1. Returns Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, the product MUST be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging!!!
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery, explaining in detail what the issue is with your product.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in the condition that the customer has explained it is, if it is in worse condition we will not replace or refund we shall simply send the item back to the customer or discard it at the request of the customer, including all packaging and tags, but we understand that things happen.
If any items have been used we will NOT give a refund !!!!!!
